I am a postdoctoral research fellow with a Msc in psychology (Ghent University) and a PhD in neurosciences (KU Leuven). With my projects, I try to understand how our visual system is specialized to process social information such as faces, bodies and objects, and how this information is further used in social cognition. I am particularly interested in how these aspects change over time (development) and how it differs between people (e.g. in autism). In my research I use behavioral tasks, electro-encephalography, eye tracking and functional imaging.
